A Visual Alphabet
What does a day off from work and a kindergartner that needs to be occupied while the older kids are being read to equal...lot's of fun. So Meredith and I went out to take pictures of the alphabet. And here's what we got.
A is for apple:Barbie starts with B:
Cat starts with C:
Dog starts with D:
Egg starts with E:
Granola bar starts with G:
Hat starts with H:
Ice starts with I:
Jump rope starts with J:
Kite starts with K:
Leaves start with L:
Meredith starts with M:
Nose starts with N:

Orange starts with O:
Pepper starts with P:
Q no picture.
Red starts with R:
(yeah we were getting kind of tired at this point and the level of creativity was depleting fast, so we used the same picture for two letters)
Sam starts with S:
Tree starts with T:
Umbrella starts with U:
V no picture
Wind starts with W (we took a video of the wind blowing the tree)
X no picture
Yellow starts with Y:
Zucchini starts with Z (and we have a lot of them):
All in all it was a fun exercise. Although we weren't able to get al the pictures that she came up with, like "gorilla starts with g" a trip to the zoo was not in the rules for the game.
